Personal Training
Kick off your personal fitness journey with a complimentary assessment with Coach Brittney. This initial session is designed to understand your fitness goals, measure your current level, and review any injury details. Brittney may also conduct a brief circuit workout to assess your fitness and identify any imbalances.
Following the assessment, Brittney will craft a personalized training program tailored to your specific needs. Her approach emphasizes core strength, proper form, and injury prevention, all while focusing on helping you achieve measurable goals.
Consistency is key to success, and Brittney’s firm yet supportive approach ensures that you stay on track and make steady progress.
Brittney’s commitment is to provide detailed attention and ensure that you feel comfortable communicating any concerns, making every session both effective and supportive.
Training sessions are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Individual 60-min sessions are priced at $100, with a package of eight sessions available for $90 each.
Group Fitness

Camp Fit kicks off with a dynamic workout, setting the tone for a session that’s all about building strength and mastering proper form. The class follows a circuit-style format, with the longest portion of the hour dedicated to strength training. Each session is thoughtfully adjusted based on the number of participants and their individual goals, ensuring a personalized experience every time.
Brittney’s focus on injury prevention, core strength, and correct movement techniques means that every participant receives the attention they need to safely progress. Classes are varied to keep things fresh—sometimes targeting upper body, sometimes targeting lower body, and sometimes both—depending on the group’s needs. Open communication is encouraged; if something doesn’t feel right, Brittney wants to know so adjustments can be made on the spot.
Classes are $25 per session, with sign-ups closing 1 hour in advance. Please note there is a 48-hour policy for refunds or rescheduling, and no refunds are issued for missed classes.
