Camp Fit is a 60-min total body group fitness session led by Coach Brittney, featuring strength training, cardio conditioning, and dynamic stretching.

Personal Training

Personal Training starts with a complimentary assessment to measure, review, and discuss your fitness goals. During this session, Coach Brittney will also document any injury details, then follow up with a detailed program to suit your needs.

Training sessions are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Group Fitness

CAMP FIT IS CURRENTLY IN SESSION!
Mondays and Fridays from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM.

We start with a dynamic workout, with strength and form as our core focus areas. Sessions are typically circuit style, and are adjusted to the number of people in the session and what everyone’s goals are.

Meet Coach Brittney

Brittney was born and raised in the Bay Area and has always had a deep passion for fitness and health. Over the past 12 years, she has dedicated her time to learning about the human body, ensuring she stays current with the latest fitness trends and technologies. Brittney's clients are her top priority. Building a community and getting to know each client is what matters most to her. Whether it's helping clients lose or gain weight, or working through injuries, Brittney is committed to guiding them toward their ultimate goals while continually setting new ones. While there may be specific limitations to an individual’s physical capabilities, Brittney sees it as her mission to break through and build upon those limitations.

She believes that living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. Brittney's focus is to help her clients identify their fitness goals, design exercise programs that meet their needs, and guide them through every exercise and workout. She looks forward to meeting each new client and supporting them on their fitness journey.
